VanderMolen, Midwest Director at R² Fresh Solutions (formerly Advantage Fresh), is an invaluable resource for the deli and bakery teams she supports through her many retail and manufactures. She specializes in training, merchandising and driving sales. VanderMolen works tirelessly to generate new and innovative ideas to grow business and this industry. In addition to her extensive IDDBA work, she's a long time What’s In Store volunteer. She enjoys spending time with her kids and grandkids as much as her busy schedule allows.
