Salut, and Limburger.
- Semi-Hard Cheese teaches about specialty Cheddar, Baby Swiss, Emmental,
Gouda, Edam, and Colby/Colby Jack
- Hard Cheese discusses Parmesan, Parmigiano-Reggiano, Romano, Pecorino
Romano, Gruyère, and Appenzeller.

and Stilton.
- Putting It All Together – Cheese uses a customer
