With more and more bakeries going self-service and customer interactions decreasing, bakery products need to sell themselves. This video helps associates judge the department’s overall appeal from the customer’s point of view and discusses proven techniques for promotion and ways to create product appeal. This video:

• helps increase bakery sales by demonstrating the highly impulsive nature of bakery products
• shows how to increase in-store bakery department appeal through proper packaging, stocking, visual merchandising and promotions
