So many cheeses, so little time! This video gives trainees good cheese selling advice so they can help customers decide which cheeses will satisfy their needs. This video will teach new associates:

• that cheese is a higher margin, high profit product that's a customer favorite
• why cheeses differ in taste and price so they can feel more confident when they’re selling them
• how to knowledgeably talk about cheese categories and 16 cheese varieties
