Clean, Fresh, & Friendly Deli Training & Certificate Program Course 1
Keeping customers happy (and coming back) is as important as keeping your mother-in-law
happy (and a lot easier). It starts with well-trained associates who understand what makes
up "world-class" service. Clean, Fresh, & Friendly gives
your employees an orientation to the service deli department, and shows them three fun,
practical, and easy-to-remember customer service skills called F.A.S.T. (suggestive
selling), B.E.S.T.(adding to an order), and C.A.L.M. (helping upset customers).
When associates complete Clean, Fresh, & Friendly they'll be able to:
- Identify customers' most important reasons for choosing a deli.
- Describe the procedures needed to keep your deli clean and fresh.
- Explain what the Danger Zone is and its importance.
- Define superior service and four techniques for providing superior service.
- Do the F.A.S.T. way to offer suggestions.
- Do the B.E.S.T. way to add to an order.
- Follow the C.A.L.M. approach to handle customer problems.
Completion time: Self study, 2 hours
The program includes:
- One 20-minute videotape
- One Participant Manual (one needed per employee)
- One Leader's Guide
- One Certificate of Acknowledgement (per qualified participant)
