IDDBA VIP Number

You do not have to have a VIP number to register, but if you do have a VIP number with the IDDBA, you can populate the form with the database information we have on file for you to speed things along.

Each individual has his/her own VIP number.  To identify your VIP number, locate any mail piece received by the IDDBA.  Your VIP number is the number in the top right corner of the mailing label. The VIP number is 1 to 6 digits in length and is to the left of the hyphen (do not include the hyphen or numbers to the right of the hyphen in your VIP number).

You may also e-mail IDDBA with your name and company (or list of names and company) and we will let you know your VIP number (if we have one for you).
