Chef Shenoa French, Director, Innovation & Product Solutions, National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, will team up with Billy Buck, National Corporate Chef, Rational; Chris Koch, Chef, Cooking or Whatever; and Benny Morales, Southwestern Regional Manager, InnovAsian, to highlight how three of the team’s concepts, paired with beef, drive prepared food sales.
