Her expansive career includes senior leadership positions with companies including General Mills, Supervalu, George Weston Limited, and Glencoe Capital. Deena holds a BA Degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a member of several professional organizations, including PLMA, IDDBA, WISE, and the Society of Professional Consultants. She is a thought leader and in both 2022 and 2023 hosted webinars for industry organizations on such topics as revenue growth management sustainable store brand development, and B2B omnichannel commerce. After three decades of work with Consumer Foods and Retail organizations across North America, Deena joined The Partnering Group in July 2022 in their Customer Development Practice. Here, she is serving as a Partner consulting with Consumer Products and Retail clients on Growth Identification and Activation.
