Diane Sauvage, originally from Paris, is an accomplished professional in international business particularly in the food industry, with a deep-rooted passion for French cheeses. Diane's academic journey took her across continents, studying in Canada and India, enriching her global business perspective.
Since 2021, she has been the Co-owner and Managing Partner at Interval France, located in Paris. Prior to this, she served in various leadership roles at Interval USA Inc., including Partner and Vice President of North American Sales, where she significantly grew sales and managed key relationships with major retailers.
She shares her life with her husband, Nicolas, who is the Co-owner of Interval. Together, they are proud parents of two children. Diane's commitment extends beyond her business, as she is also an active member of cheese industry organizations and a volunteer for Slow Food Wise.
