Whitney Atkins has served as IDDBA’s Vice-President of Marketing for five years. Her role centers around telling the IDDBA story to members and industry year-round through traditional and digital media. Before coming to the IDDBA, Whitney worked for the City of San Antonio, TX and spent over 25 years in various marketing, communications, merchandising and public relations roles for The Kroger Co. Delta Division.
Whitney also facilitates a library of marketing, business, communications, and service industry courses for the ivy-league Cornell University. She currently serves on the American Marketing Association’s Madison, WI Board of Directors. She has one son who is a High School Senior.
