During his time at Honeymoon, the business grew from 8 employees on 1 shift to a 60+ Employee 3 Shift / 5 Days per week operation. He oversaw all hiring of the team from entry to management level. He is intimately familiar with Operational Requirements for A.I.B and SQF Certification.
