Don joined Empire in 2023 and is responsible for leading the branded Deli Bakery business. Prior to joining Empire, he worked for The Kroger Co. for over 20 years serving in a variety of leadership positions including Deli-Bakery Coordinator, Store Manager, District Manager, as well as the Nashville Division Deli-Bakery Merchandiser for over six years. Don is passionate about Deli Bakery and is committed to making positive contributions in the Deli Bakery industry. Don attended Volunteer State Community College and Middle Tennessee State University majoring in business. In his free time, Don enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and playing golf.
