He is responsible for all of the company’s sales, marketing and R&D activities in all channels of trade – Retail, Foodservice, Club and Convenience – for both branded and private label products. Previously, he was Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Retail for Saputo USA, Lincolnshire, IL, and Vice President of Sales, Stella Foods, Chicago, IL. He received his MBA in business management from Pepperdine University in 1987 and a BA in psychology from University of California, Irvine in 1985. He serves on the Market Research, Deli Advisory, and Industry Relations Committees.
