She will focus on the role of seasonal flavors in bakery and dairy, exploring which familiar favorites are still relevant and which flavors are generating buzz. Lisa will review the launch activity in North America and discuss social listening trends, learn how flavor preferences change across seasons and categories, and discuss flavor considerations for delivering a taste experience that sells. 25 registrants will receive samples of spring/summer/fall/winter flavors in a cookie format to illustrate seasonal themes.
