Dominique has spent his entire career in the cheese industry. For the past 19 years, he has been with Saputo Dairy USA and currently works as the Vice President of Contract Manufacturing and Industrial for newly combined cheese and fluid divisions. He has been widely recognized in the industry, including the ACS, WSCI, CIAA, OCC, Center for Dairy Research at UW Madison, Guilde des Fromagers de St Uguzon. He has also served as a judge in major US and international cheese contests. Dominique is passionate about training and teaching younger associates and is also dedicated to serving on multiple executive boards.
