Founded in 1910 and acquired by Bartolo Valastro Sr. in 1964, Carlo’s Bakery has been fostering connection and community through the comfort of food for over 100 years. Since the untimely passing of Bartolo Valastro Sr., matriarch Mary Valastro and her children Grace, Maddalena, Mary, Lisa, and master baker Bartolo Jr. “Buddy” Valastro has made their once-small family business a household name.

A fourth-generation baker, Buddy Jr. 's talent and passion to preserve his father’s legacy put their modest Hoboken bake shop on the map, earning him and his designer cakes the moniker and hit TLC TV show Cake Boss. From loyal local customers to the likes of Jennifer Lopez and Oprah, Carlo’s Bakery has expanded their famiglia to include a global audience of cake lovers!
