John is an accomplished leader with twenty-three years of experience across the consumer-packaged goods industry. John has spent his entire career at Acosta, during his tenure at Acosta John has held multiple positions currently serving as Acosta Vice President of Fresh Foods Nationally. In his current role John is responsible for strengthening relationships across our industry, leading our overall fresh foods business with a lens on adding value to the business process, and delivering results for all business partners.
In his free time John enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his daughters travel softball team, is active as part of his son’s Boy Scout troop, and is an avid golfer.
John holds a bachelor’s Business Administration degree from St. Bonaventure University (2001) and an associate in applied science business marketing degree from Alfred State College (1999).
Kathy is an accomplished leader with over 25 years of transformative insights experience in consumer goods. With a robust background in market research, analytics, and consumer product innovation, Kathy has held key leadership roles at renowned companies such as P&G, Neutrogena, Paramount Pictures, and Anheuser-Busch InBev.
In her current role, she oversees 30-40 research studies fielded annually through Acosta Group’s proprietary Shopper Community. Kathy's strategic thought leadership and extensive marketing and consumer insights acumen have played a pivotal role in driving growth for major brands across diverse product categories and retailers. Numerous retail publications and industry associations, including Progressive Grocer, Food Navigator, National Confectioners Association, IDDBA, NACS, and NFRA, have cited her expertise and invited her to present at their key industry events.
Armed with an MBA in Marketing from Indiana University and a BA in Economics and Management from Albion College, Kathy is a sought-after expert in shopper insights.
