Jo Ann Belk is the Education Coordinator for Food Safety Net Services (FSNS). She graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. degree in Food Science & Technology. She started her career at Baskin Robbins before taking a break to raise her three children. She then worked in the energy efficiency/rebate field before moving on to work with a startup company looking to build a packing plant and export beef products to Korea. She has held her current role at FSNS since August 2019. Jo Ann lives with her husband, Keith, in Colorado. They had a registered Angus herd which they sold after their children moved out and now partner with their son to raise Simmental cattle. They are part owners of a few Akaushi bulls.
