Born and raised in Monza, Italy, Stefano has always been passionate about food and about traveling to meet different cultures around the world. This passion led him to join Rovagnati over 4 years ago, specifically because of Rovagnati’s mission to bring the finest Italian charcuterie throughout many countries and now to the U.S.
Lorenzo was born in Reggio Emilia; the Italian “Food Valley” near Parma and was raised with Parmigiano & Prosciutto since he could remember. His passion for traveling, food and discovering new cultures brought him on a journey across the globe that ultimately led him to NYC and through Rovagnati develop awareness in the American consumers on the Italian salumi.
